About the event
For 20 years now, the vocal ensemble Harmonisch Komisch has been performing together on stage—with six male voices, a piano, great musical passion, and a program that is as stylistically diverse as it is entertaining. Four of today’s singers have been part of the original lineup since the group’s founding in 2006 and continue to shape the ensemble’s sound to this day.
The name says it all: harmonious in its musical standards, funny in the best sense of the word—with subtle humor, charm, and a love of entertainment. Harmonisch Komisch skillfully combines musical quality with lightheartedness and stage presence. Their repertoire spans two musical worlds: On the one hand, the ensemble dedicates itself to the timeless music of the legendary Comedian Harmonists, whose elegant arrangements and unmistakable sound continue to fascinate to this day. “Mein kleiner grüner Kaktus” is a classic that absolutely everyone knows! On the other hand, the program features modern a cappella songs—such as those by Maybebop, Wise Guys, or Street Corner Renaissance. The musical range spans from soulful ballads to rousing rhythmic numbers, from subtle lyrics to tongue-in-cheek entertainment.
The ensemble has been performing at concerts and events for many years, particularly in South Tyrol. But the singers have also captivated audiences beyond the region’s borders—including at the Festival of Male Voices in Zell am See and at an international choral seminar in Liberec, Czech Republic. What sets Harmonisch Komisch apart is its unique blend of musical precision, an audible joy in singing together, and a relaxed, friendly stage atmosphere. Here, a cappella isn’t just sung—it’s lived—with great dedication, experience, and enthusiasm.
Twenty years of Harmonisch Komisch mean: countless performances, many shared musical moments, and above all, the joy of inspiring people with their voices. And that’s exactly what you can still hear today—in every single note. We want to celebrate this together with our fans, but also with those who have journeyed with us along the way. With a grand anniversary concert on October 17, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. at the Kultursaal in St. Michael/Eppan.
Together with those who have journeyed with us over these 20 years—both on and off stage—we want to put on a concert that offers insights into 20 years of singing, our evolution, and the milestones that have shaped the group into what it is today: a distinctive ensemble—or as the Berliner Lokalanzeiger put it in 1927: “a one-of-a-kind ensemble.”
