Ancient herbal knowledge and home-made herbal salt

The power of herbs has accompanied us for centuries – and this precious knowledge is at the heart of this special workshop in the historic rooms of the Museum Steinegg. Together with herbal expert Doris Schroffenegger, you immerse yourself in the world of medicinal plants and discover how they can support and accompany us throughout the year.



Under expert guidance, you will create your own herbal salt. Step by step, you will get to know local herbs, learn about their properties and how to combine them in a harmonious way. With care, knowledge and a feel for nature, your personal herbal salt is created – of course to take home with you.



Herbal salt combines flavour, tradition and natural knowledge: it supports digestion, has a revitalising effect, brings natural aromas into your kitchen and turns simple dishes into something special – completely free from artificial additives.
