Note: currently, the tour is only offered in German and Italian.
Join us on an extraordinary hike that not only offers breathtaking views, but also combines exciting historical, architectural and artistic experiences. Our tour begins with a ride on the cable car to the Grawand at 3,212 metres. From here, we reach the Iceman Ötzi Peak 3.251 m viewing platform and a unique work of art by Olafur Eliasson. During the descent along the glacier, with views of turquoise glacial lakes, we learn a lot of historical facts about the construction of the cable car to the Grawand, which was opened 50 years ago. The descent finally ends at the Teufelsegg hut, from where we take the Roter Kofel chairlift back down to the valley in comfort.
Additional information: moderately difficult hike; good physical condition is required,
Walking time: 3 - 4 hours, 90 m ascent & 830 m descent, approx. 6 km; max. 15 participants
