About the event

Find calm, feel the moment, and breathe with awareness. Gentle and mindful movements in the open air nourish and strengthen body, mind, and soul. With yoga instructor Vroni Fischer, a space for new well-being and inner harmony unfolds. In case of bad weather, an alternative location is available. After the yoga session, the barefoot trail in the recreation area “Schneider Waldile” offers a refreshing experience.

Difficulty: easy.

Time May, June: 03:00 pm.-04:15 pm.

Time July-September: 03:30 pm.-04:45 pm.

Meeting point: at 03:00 pm./03:30 pm. in front of Hotel Stoll in Gsiesertal Valley – Pichl.

Cost: with Südtirol Guest Pass – Gsiesertal-Welsberg-Taisten Card 12 €, without advantage card 17 €.
