Bread baking course for the family
About the event
Together with our master baker Hans, you will discover the traditional process of making typical rye bread. You will watch Hans prepare the dough, which will then be left to rest and rise. After a short break, the experience continues: the rye bread will be baked in a real bread oven, giving you an authentic insight into how simple ingredients become a true piece of South Tyrolean bread tradition.
Participants: min. 4 people - max. 8 people

Reduced participation for people with disability:
• Disability 1–74 % > 50 % reduction for the person with a disability and 1 accompanying person
• Disability 75–100 % > 100 % reduction for the person with a disability and 1 accompanying person
We kindly ask for your understanding that the reduction can only be granted when booking by phone or in person directly at the Olang Tourist Office.
