Adam and Eve Performance, Dance 09.05.2024, 19:00—21:00 Directed by Michele Abbondanza - Length: 20 minutes - Sculpture: Adolf Vallazza The original work reinterpreted Genesis in three acts and three totems, but here, only the first act will be staged, showing the meeting of Adam and Eve. Inspired by the very first part of the Book of Genesis, also known as biblical prehistory, the performance sees two performers, a man and a woman, spinning backwards in time from the present day. These are the world’s very first man and woman and their relationship includes Adolf Vallazza’s monumental totem that is a clear reference to the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.
