Immerse yourself in the world of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine with our expert farmer’s wife, Elisabeth!

Discover the delicious variety of dumplings: bacon dumplings, cheese dumplings, vegetable dumplings and as a sweet finale, a delightful dessert dumpling – lovingly and with a lot of experience prepared by and with Elisabeth.

In this cooking course, Elisabeth will guide you step by step through the traditional preparation of South Tyrolean dumplings.

Afterwards, you will enjoy the freshly prepared delicacies together over a convivial lunch.

To ensure your dumplings turn out perfectly at home, you’ll also receive the recipes and expert tips from Elisabeth to take with you.
