Farm Experience: from flour to bread

About the event

This event is offered only in German and Italian.



At the Oberprantacher bakery in Seis am Schlern, we can lend the baker a hand while making bread. What ingredients do we need, how do you shake Schüttelbrot, and how do you shape “Vinschgerlen”? The baker will show us the differences between the various grains grown by local farmers and can tell us a lot about the art of bread-making. At the end, we can take our homemade bread home with us.



For children aged 7 and older, accompanied by at least one adult per family!

The event can only be booked on site at the local tourist offices.



Price per event:

1 adult and 1 child: €25.00

each additional family member: €10.00
