Film in Italian: My Favourite Cake

A widow for some thirty years, seventy-year-old Mahin has never wanted to remarry and, ever since her daughter left for abroad, she has been living alone in Tehran in her large house with a garden. Tired of loneliness, and following a lunch with her friends that prompted her to seek the company of a man, Mahin approaches Faramarz, an elderly taxi driver and former soldier who is also destined to remain alone, and kindly invites him to her home to spend an evening together. The unexpected encounter will turn into something unforgettable for both of them.
