FLAMINGA - Kids culture club

Workshops with a team of artists and architects, for and with children and young people

What creaks and cracks? What smells of resin and needles? Beams, planks, poles, trees, vine beads are just waiting to be stepped on, climbed and possessed. FLAMINGA wants many things, but one thing above all: to become a wooden construction experimentally developed in Transart's OASIE, modelled around trees with different levels and special devices. The structure is articulated on covered, open or semi-open, wide and free platforms. Light-catching devices, covered spots that provide shelter from rain or shade, tilted and curved levels invite visitors to paint, draw, dance, sing, build, form and perform, discuss and reflect. Throughout the session, art objects are created and constantly changing FLAMINGA. What is it? A young and vibrant art centre that grows and thrives in the middle of the city. What a delight!
