With the railway cable car up to the mountain station of Monte Cavallo. Hike under the full moon from alpine lodge to alpine lodge and enjoy a delicious menu with the perfect wines for every plate. Afterwards you can sledge down the 10 km long sledging-trail back to Vipiteno.
