This trio from the Belgian jazz and groove scene has gone to great lengths to find something fresh and completely new: effects-infused saxophones, multi-layered synthetic sounds, a bass guitar that switches from finger-picking licks to deep and booming tones, and drums that sometimes sound like a drum machine and then suddenly produce subtle rhythmic chords.
