Lana Meets Jazz

At the beginning of summer, the sound of jazz returns to the Region Lana. During Lana Meets Jazz, the village and its surroundings turn into a lively stage where musicians from different countries and generations meet through music.

Now in its 14th edition, the festival is organised by the cultural association Sweet Alps in collaboration with the municipality of Lana, the Tourist Office Lana and surroundings, the Lana Library and the Lana Music School. Artistic direction is led by Helga Plankensteiner and Michael Lösch.

Over several days, concerts at various locations invite visitors to experience the many colours of jazz. Well-known international artists share the stage with emerging musicians and young talents, creating a vibrant mix of styles, improvisation and musical dialogue.

Lana Meets Jazz is more than a concert series: it is a place where music connects people, ideas and cultures – and where jazz becomes a shared experience in the Region Lana.
