Live culinary show “South Tyrol Cooks”

The live culinary show “South Tyrol Cooks” will be held on May 22, 2026, in the village square of Castelrotto. At the event, chefs from participating establishments in the culinary weeks “Schlerngenuss” will prepare dishes using 100% ingredients from the Dolomites Region Seiser Alm, which will then be available for the audience to taste. At the same time, a gourmet market will be held in the village square, where local producers will exhibit and offer their products for sale.
