About the event

Elisabeth from the Moschwaldalm in Hafling has the right knack and is happy to share her knowledge with you. Together you will prepare South Tyrolean dumplings in the traditional way. The location offers a special ambience: the Moschwaldalm, which is nestled between forest and meadows at 1,750m above sea level.

The prepared dishes are then tasted.

The programme is held in german and italian.

Info: The Moschwaldalm mountain hut can only be reached on foot (from Hafling village via trail no. 15A and 15 in approx. 2 hours).
