In a rustic alpine hut on the Seiser Alm, you will learn the art of traditional dumpling preparation under the guidance of Franz. Using regional ingredients, you will prepare delicious dumplings and gain fascinating insights into South Tyrolean cuisine. After cooking, it’s time to enjoy! With a view of the mountains, the homemade dumplings taste twice as good.
