About the event
We will show you how to utilise every part of an animal in a tasty way and conjure up unique dishes. Learn how to use traditional and modern techniques to get the best out of every piece of meat and create delicious sauces. Finally, we will enjoy the prepared dishes together in a convivial atmosphere.
