Sanin Organic Winery – tasting rare natural wines and exclusive products

Bio. Weingut Sanin- Verkostung seltener Natur-Weine und exklusiver neuer Produkte von der Rebe im Schatten der Weinlaube.

We explore the vineyard with organic winegrower Othmar, who has been cultivating vines naturally for 25 years without

any pesticides or tractors. Then, in the shade of the vine arbour, we taste the unique

creative delicacies from the vine, such as grape leaf pâté or grape caviar

(grape blossom buds) and the first OPC from South Tyrol, accompanied by delicious wines.

A unique experience awaits you. Minimum number of participants: 6 people.
