We warmly invite you to a special speck tasting at Metzgerei Loasner in Trens. Immerse yourself in the aromatic world of South Tyrolean speck and discover firsthand how one of the region’s most renowned specialties is created from carefully selected meat, traditional craftsmanship, and years of experience.



Butcher, meat sommelier, and grill trainer Rainer Daniel will guide you with great expertise and passion through the history and traditional production of South Tyrolean speck. In a cozy atmosphere, you will then taste various fine speck variations and discover their subtle differences in flavor.



The perfect pairing is, of course, included:

Look forward to fresh sourdough bread from the bakery "Panerie" in Sterzing and selected beers from Mountbecher – Das Genusshaus.
