Their music is intoxicating and overrides genre limits, generating elegant liaisons between classic, jazz, pop and world music. Dynamic pieces reminding us of rock and electronic music alternate with tender ballads and inspiring catchy tunes. A romantic piano, a passionate double bass and the impulsive force of the drums is all they need to create a musical universe. Light-footed, the three studied musicians apply all their musicianship and let their creativity go wild while jaw-dropping improvisations descend to refined and sophisticated passages. After 5 albums and over 100 concerts it is certain: Trio Zahg epitomize a colourful concert experience full of emotions attracting an audience with a wide range of musical preferences.
