Wednesday, 14.01. & 04.03.2026 – WINE EVENING: Together with Petra from Getränke Egarter, immerse yourself in the world of South Tyrolean wines and enjoy an evening full of flavour, character and conviviality. The wines are accompanied by crispy Schüttelbrot and grissini – small but refined companions dedicated to pure wine enjoyment.



Wednesday, 21.01.; 25.02. & 11.03.2026 – COOKING CLASS: Under the guidance of Stefan Senfter, an experienced and passionate chef, discover step by step how traditional South Tyrolean Apfelkiachlan are made, at the Gasthof Waldruhe.
