Wine tasting in the abbey garden

Winemaking has been part of Neustift's history for centuries. If you would like to discover how this tradition continues today, learn about viticulture around the abbey and gain insight into the philosophy behind our work, our vineyard tour is the perfect experience.



During a walk through the vineyards, you will learn about winemaking at Neustift, the grape varieties we cultivate and the way we work. The tour concludes with a tasting of four carefully selected wines from our winery, served in the idyllic Abbey Garden. The vineyard tour, including the wine tasting, lasts approximately 90 minutes – an experience that will stay with you long afterwards.

Participation in the vineyard tour is only possible with advance booking.

The vineyard tour with wine tasting is not suitable for children under the age of 12.

Visits to the production winery are not possible.

Dogs and other animals are not permitted at the wine tasting in the Abbey Garden.
