Winter-Erlebnis: Schüttelbrot & Vinschgerlen Traditionelles Brot backen in der Bäckerei Oberprantacher In der Bäckerei können wir gemeinsam mit Bäcker Klaus traditionelle Südtiroler Brotsorten backen. Dabei lernen wir, wie Schüttelbrot zu seinem Namen kommt und wie man "Vinschgerlen" rupft. Am Ende können wir unser selbst hergestelltes Schüttelbrot und ein von Hand gerupftes Paarl mit nach Hause nehmen.
