About Albergo Eggerhof

Located near the San Vigilio Pass, the rustic Eggerhof Restaurant, open from mid-March, offers its guests delicious food in traditional surroundings.
The historic Eggerhof (1267 m) is a really cosy mountain inn, a place of hospitality and enjoyment - with all senses. On the panoramic terrace your gaze wanders far across the magnificent landscape of South Tyrol: the Adige Valley, the Texel Group and the Hirzer region.

And when you have made yourself comfortable on the sun-drenched veranda or in the rustic "Schnauzerstube", which South Tyrol's most famous cartoonist Peppi Tischler has designed with great attention to detail, you immediately feel it: it's a good place to arrive!

The Eggerhof has a long tradition as a popular stopover for hikers, bikers, nature lovers, families and connoisseurs. Here you can linger over a good glass of wine, coffee and homemade cake and enjoy the creations of the ambitious, down-to-earth cuisine.

The award "Real Quality in the Mountains" received by the IDM South Tyrol confirms the Eggerhof's passion for high-quality and authentic gastronomy!

At the hub of numerous hiking and mountain bike trails, the inn is also easily accessible by car. The asphalt road branches off the main road at Tell, near the station of the famous Ferrovia Val Venosta. Drive towards the "Quadrat" and keep left until you reach the large parking lot after about 20 minutes, a one minute walk from the inn.

The Eggerhof is a great place for family or company celebrations, with special menus created according to your wishes. All important information about the Eggerhof and current events can be found on the Facebook page of the inn: Eggerhof by Emi & Fabi.

Emilia and Fabian are looking forward to your visit!
