Bistro Franzensfeste / Fortezza

A visit to the Bistro is the ideal way to refresh yourself after a visit to the museum or if you are simply passing by. Located in the former Habsburg offcers’ mess at the heart of the Franzensfeste complex, the Bistro serves regional and seasonal dishes, snacks, coffee from Caroma, South Tyrol’s very own roasting house, juices and wines from the farms and wineries of the Eisack Valley and beers from local breweries.
