They particularly emphasise the taste, freshness and quality of the food, which ideally comes from high-quality South Tyrol raw ingredients, agricultural products and organic food from farmers in Nova Ponente and the surrounding area. Hot food from 12.00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m. and from 07.00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m.
