The 4-star Hotel Rössl in the Val Venosta looks like a fairytale castle at first glance. On the right side of the building, where the car park is located, you will find the entrance to the Pircher family's Rössl restaurant. Lightness and simplicity, Mediterranean taste and autochthonous fragrance, Italy and South Tyrol - this is the taste of the harmonious cuisine of the restaurant.

The restaurant awaits you in the morning with a breakfast buffet on the sun terrace, for lunch with an à la carte menu in the large square and in the evening with a private 5-course dinner in the lounge - salad and appetizer buffet included! In addition, there are grill and themed evenings and every Sunday a very special gala dinner. Creative details make the restaurant's unique dishes a treat for the eyes as well. All this is accompanied by a good glass of the best wine from the cellar. Finally, you can enjoy refined desserts or simply the classic apple strudel freshly baked with vanilla or lemon ice cream.
