About Restaurant & bakery Mohrenstuben
The restaurant is part of our Hotel Zum Mohren and is open to everyone for lunch and dinner. We are convinced that the best dishes can only be created from the best ingredients; our chef de cuisine Dietmar places great value on purchasing and using seasonal products from local farmers. He re-interprets traditional recipes, thereby producing his own creations. Junior boss Sabine is always at your service in the restaurant, and would be delighted to advise you of a suitable wine accompaniment from our well-stocked wine cellar with South Tyrolean and Italian labels.
