For three generations we have been producing meat and bacon products of the highest quality: South Tyrolean branded bacon, fine hams, salami, Kaminwurzen, beef smoked meats, knuckles of pork, traditional black pudding as well as fresh meat specialities from lamb, pork, beef, poultry and game.

Depending on the season there are grilled dishes and local specialities, fresh salads, bacon, cheese and liver dumplings. All freshly prepared!
