About Christine Schönweger

Christine Schönweger, passionate fruit farmer, and the first and so far only female master distiller in South Tyrol. She originally studied fashion in Milan before switching to agriculture. Together with her son Felix she runs the Isser Estate fruit farm and vineyard in Partschins. Since 2007 she has distilled her own spirits from home grown fruit varieties in the Gaudenz Farm Distillery.
