The trees and plants at the Bühlerhof grow on fertile soil and are one with the cycle of nature. As soon as the fruit and the herbs have reached the correct maturity, they are harvested by hand. We pay attention to the health, freshness and aroma of fruits and plants, because only a high-quality harvest can produce a tasty and healthy quality product. Then, the fruit is processed quickly and gently to preserve the valuable nutrients, colors and aromas of each individual fruit.

From Bolzano by bus 165 to Auna di Sotto. Then on foot approx. 15 minutes to the Bühlerhof. On weekdays the bus runs every hour, timetable
By car: from Bolzano on the Via Renon to Auna di Sotto, after the center of the village you'll find the Bühlerhof.
