Partschillerhof

The 'Partschillerhof' is situated on the sunny side of Völs am Schlern/Fie`allo Sciliar at a height of 650 m, amidst vineyards and orchards. Andreas, the 'Partschillerhof's' organic farmer, is a real expert in fruit processing. Thanks to our expertise, it is not just fruit and herb cordials that get produced on the farm, but fruit jams as well. Placing great importance on natural production methods.
Products: 

• Cordials (strawberry, raspberry, elderberry, elderflower, red and blackcurrant, peppermint, lemon balm), each 0.25l, 0.5l

• Fruit jams (chokeberry-elder ,mixed berries, strawberry, raspberry, elderberry, elderflower, redcurrant and blackcurrant), 230 g each

Cross the bridge at Atzwang/Campodazzo. Follow the road for about 2.5 km until you see the farm on the left hand side. You can also reach us from Völs/Fie’ via the Völser Ried road (orders by phone required).
