Approach
From Bolzano by car follow the sign Renon and after 18 km you reach Collalbo.
By public transport from Bolzano with the cable car Renon, where every 4 minutes a gondola leaves the valley station. After 12 minutes you reach Soprabolzano. There the Railway Renon starts every half hour and after 18 minutes driving through meadows and forests you arrive at Collalbo station. From there it is a 10-minute walk to the Butcher's Shop Martin Pöhl.
