Valentinhof farm is a varied organic farm that is easily reachable in Meran. A wide variety of berries and stone fruit as well as several types of vegetables are cultivated in a sustainable and natural manner on the terrain around the farm. The farm's own fruit and vegetables along with other products are on sale in the farm shop all the year round.

Fully ripened, carefully harvested and sold when fresh: anyone buying their fruit and vegetables from 'Red Rooster' farm producers can count on this. That's because vegetables are grown in open ground and fruit is allowed to ripen beneath South Tyrol's sun until it is ready for harvesting. Only particularly sensitive kinds of vegetables such as tomatoes and bell peppers may be grown in unheated tunnels as prevention against disease. The result: unique taste and excellent flavour.
