Wood CrossFit Parc Völser Weiher Lake

The ‘Wood Cross Fit Parc’ is located on the "Jog" meadow above the Völser Weiher Lake. The CrossFit Parc was equipped according to the CrossFit principle. This means that the equipment is handmade from stone and wood and no plastic is used. The Wood CrossFit Parc above the Völser Weiher Lake has a total of 15 pieces of equipment, including rings and barbells made of stone and wood, pull-up bars and leapfrogs.

CrossFit is a full-body training method that combines elements of athletics, gymnastics, powerlifting, gymnastics and weightlifting. The training mainly uses your own body weight and barbells, but no machines. The aim of CrossFit is to build general and broad fitness.
Approach
On foot:
At the roundabout on the main road in Fiè allo Sciliar take the exit in the direction of Ums/Obervöls up to the Hotel Heubad where hiking trail no. 1 starts.


By car:
Drive from Völs am Schlern in the direction of Seis am Schlern, after just one kilometre you will find St. Anton and turn right at the crossroads with signs for ‘Völser Weiher’. Then drive to the end of the road where the car park is located on the left-hand side.

Then continue on foot along the hiking trail to Völser Weiher.

Public transportation
In summer, the Völser Weiher lake is easily accessible by public transport. From May to October, shuttle bus no. 13 runs from Fiè allo Sciliar to San Antonio and then directly to the lake.
