  Rosskopf cableway (1,860 m)
  
  Starting at the Rosskopf cableway mountain station (1,860m), the mostly flat route follows trail no. 23 (indications Ridnauner Höhenweg) westward. Passing over grassy slopes it reaches the Ochsenalm alpine pasture before bearing right to the Telfer Weißen peaks (signposted). The barely discernible track ascends up the steep grassy slope on the eastern flank of the Telfer Weißen (2,178m), becoming more defined as it reaches the eastern summit (2,565m). Proceed down a short and steep rock chimney from the ridge with the aid of a fixed rope along an exposed winding track (with a handrail) as far as the main summit (2,588m). The return follows the same route as the ascent. Alternatively, continue from the eastern summit, straight along the marked trail past the grassy slopes to the Vallminger Alm mountain hut (1,814m; refreshments served). Follow trail no. 19A east to the Kastellacke biotope (1,930m), before descending south on trail no. 19 back to the starting point.
