The "Sentiero Italia" is one of the longest hiking trails in the world: over 7,000 kilometres.
There are about 400 stages that connect the Alps with the Apennines.

Take highway´s exit “Bolzano Nord/Eggental”, turn right direction Bolzano/Bozen, after about 0,5 km on roundabout keep left and head towards Val d’Ega (SS 241). Keep driving up to Ponte Nova. At Ponte Nova’s crossroads, turn to the right and follow the signposts for the Lavazè Pass/Passo Lavazè (about 40 - 50 min. from highway toll booth).With the public bus line 184; bus stop: Passo Lavazè; online bus timetables: www.suedtirolmobil.info/en/Parking at Passo Lavazè.
