  From the town center of S. Andrea (958m, bus stop), head north to S. Leonardo on the ascending road (signposted). At the edge of the forest after the settled area (indications) the route branches to the left, where the Stations of the Cross trail begins. This leads along a primarily flat route through the woods to the north of Cornale (900m). From the bus stop, the trail follows route no. 6 (up from Bressanone), turns to the right uphill, and then along a dirt road and steeper climb up to the hamlet of Burgstall (1,062m). Turn southward into the forest, follow the short Höfestraße road, then turn right on footpath no. 12 (indications). This leads along a relaxed hiking path through the woods, and after crossing the road to S. Leonardo, trail no. 12 leads past the sports grounds, reaching the new settlement area of ​​S. Andrea. Trail no. 12 leads through the settlement and then down to the village of S. Andrea.
