On the well-laid and well-signed “Sunnseitnweg“ and “Panoramaweg“ footpaths, on the sunny hills of the inner Villnösstal Valley, you will have continuous panoramic views of the unique and magnificent Dolomites and the Geislerspitzen peaks, one of the most beautiful landmarks of the “Dolomite, UNESCO World Heritage Site”

    Center of St. Peter (1,132 m)

    At the church in S. Pietro (1,132m), follow the beginning of the street to Colle upwards to the first bend, where “Sunnseitnweg” forks (signed) eastwards and leads, partly on the tarmacked Höfeweg trail, and partly on footpaths and field tracks, after approx. 2.5 km into the valley. Close to Bühler Hof farm (1,310m), above S. Maddalena, you will meet trail no. 32 that ascends left up into the fields, and connects with Panoramaweg trail leading into the valley. The Panoramaweg trail ascends and descends 2,5 km westwards. Above S. Pietro, near the sports area (1,300m), you will meet route no. 11, that descends past Gsoihof farm (stop, refreshments served) to the starting point.
