  Cableway mountain station Valcroce (2,050 m)
  
  Starting at the cableway mountain station Valcroce (2,050m; indications) take the wide trail no. 7/30 as far as the timberline. Turn right onto trail no. 7 leading along a well-prepared route up the slopes to the Schönjöchl Sattel (2,250m). Cross the ski slopes before arriving at the Plosehütte mountain hut (2,446m; refreshments served). At the mountain shelter take trail no. 6 along the field road and from there, head north to the top of the Telegraph mountain (2,486m). On the west-facing summit there is a panoramic lookout table with marvelous views. Return to the Plosehütte after visiting the first of the 3 peaks. Passing the chairlift mountain station rejoin trail no. 7 across the ski slope as it skirts the fence eastwards to the ridge on Lüsner Scharte  (2,371m: signposted), crossing through rocky terrain. Following the safety fence again on trail no. 7, ascend to the Pfannspitze summit and the summit cross (2,545m). Continue east along the ridge as far as Kleiner Gabler mountain, skirting the summit. The well-kept trail initially leads over some stone steps before reaching Gabler mountain (2,576m; main summit of the Plose massif) along the gently sloping ridge. The return route leads south, following trail no. 7 as far as the meadow trail (2,320m; indications). Then continue westwards along trail no. 14 to the Rossalm alpine pasture (2,180m; refreshments served) and on to Kreuztal Valley.
