  From the parking lot (1,465m), route no. 6/8 leads over the bridge then towards the valley and after a short stretch the Tribulaunsteig no. 8 forks to the right (signed). The footpath leads over steep, ascending grassy slopes, with lots of switchbacks through ditches, right under a cliff face. There you reach trail no. 7 which continues even more steeply from S. Antonio. On the left it is less steep and you will reach the hollow at Sandessee lake and the  Tribulaunhütte mountain hut (2,368m). Descent is by the same route. Trail no. 7 to Fleres di Dentro is longer and very steep in the lower valley.
