Trudner Horn Nature Park: Circular Mountain Bike Route - Description

The tour starts in the centre of Trodena/Truden and goes along the European long distance path E5 to the col "Ziss-Sattel" (1,448 m). Continuing uphill to the Alpine cabin "Hornalm"  (1,710 m) where you can enjoy an awesome view of the mountain chain "Lagoraikette", the Pale di San Martino and the moutains "Weißhorn" and "Schwarzhorn". From here we go donwhill again towards the Ziss-Sattel and to the Alpine cabin "Krabes Alm" . The return leads to a biotope, via side roads to Solaiolo and along the old railway line via San Lugano and Fontanefredde/Kaltenbrunn back to Trodena.
Possible refreshment stops: Horn Alm and Krabes Alm Alpine farms, Hotel Restaurant Schönwies and Hotel Restaurant Trudnerhof at Trodena
