We are not a classic hotel - no - because we are all about freedom. Our family-run flat house with 9 holiday flats is located just 10 km from Merano and offers space for the whole family. We attach particular importance to authentic, cordial management and cleanliness. The wellness area with indoor pool, sauna, relaxation room and loungers invites you to relax. The ideal location to the Hirzer cable car and the bus stop make a car-free holiday possible. In the southern Passeier Valley you can experience almost everything.
