APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF BOLZANO

A small apartment near to the city centre (10 min. by feet). The apartment has been completely renovated in 2016. The big balcony is exposed in the south direction and from there you have a beautiful view on the "Mendelpass"
Now it is equipped with a new kitchen equipped with fridge and freezer, dishwasher and oven. The electric plate is induction so use only the pans and pots in the apartment or make sure these pots are suitable for induction plates. The bedroom offers ample space for a family of 4 (2 adults and one small child or 2 additional adults / children who will use the bunk bed). In the living room the sofa is a sofa bed. To open it pull it towards the seat and then rotate the backrest by 90 degrees, dropping it towards the seat. In addition there is a large tent to ensure shade on the balcony and a conditioner to avoid excessive summer heat
