There are also numerous bike tours and excursions to Naturns and Merano. In winter, the nearby Schnalstal Glacier invites you to ski. You can also enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding here.

The high-quality and durable furnishings of the apartments are just the first step towards sustainability. The apartment house is energy self-sufficient thanks to its own hydroelectric power plant and photovoltaic system. At the associated mountain farm Oberversanthof, traditional farming is valued. This is also home to llamas and alpacas, with which you can embark on a trekking tour upon request.
