Nice and cozy flat close to the city center and near the train station (Via Schorn is a cross road of the main street in Brunico, Via Michael Pacher) easy to get to. The flat is part of a very new building, just completed in July 2018, and it is fully furnished as just an Energy Class “A” flat can be. Not really a big flat, but large enough to host four persons. With modern style furniture, the flat is composed of an entrance, kitchen /living room (kitchen is full of all kind of appliances) with a double bed sofa (you can use as a second bed), a separate double bed room and a bath (with washing machine in). Two Smart TVs (one in the living room and the second in the bedroom) and a powerful WIFI connection will give you the chance to relax or staying connected with your business. A large balcony with a view on the castle of Brunico is also part of the flat. A large garage to park the car and store your mountain ware or bikes is also available. You can get to the flat by car (via Autostrada del Brennero take exit Bressanone/Val Pusteria, take the State road to Brunico center, cross the first traffic light – on the left you will see the train station – and after about 50 meters on the left you will find Via Schorn, the Residence is just in front of you), by train (at Fortezza station you need to take the connection to Brunico; once you get off the train walk to the traffic light on the way in front of the station, turn left and after 50 meters on the left you will find Via Schorn).
