Our recently completely renovated apartment house, located outside the town center in the middle of orchards, offers a quiet location. At 500 m you have a wonderful view of the entrance to the Vinschgau Valley, over Merano and the Burggrafenamt, down to Bolzano and the unique mountains around. Our apartments, all with balcony and shower / toilet, are equipped with radio and television, direct dial telephone and room safe. Furthermore, there is a spacious in-house parking lot, a large lawn for sunbathing and a children's playground. The establishment of the house is modern and functional and, hand in hand with the family care, contributes to a cozy living atmosphere. Our house is open all year round. Visit us: - in spring, when Burggrafenamt and Etschtal appear in a single bloom - in summer to go on long, relaxing hikes or mountain tours, e.g. to Merano, via the Waalwege to Tirolo, to Vellau, to the Leiteralm or in The Texel Group - in autumn during harvest and Törggele season, the Rudi Ladurner family is looking forward to your visit
