A natural paradise not far from Bozen, where history lives on and nature provides tranquillity. For centuries, the "Deutschorden" has stood for hospitality, care and the common good. Our Baumannhof is also part of this heritage. It was carefully relocated from the old village centre of Sarnthein, rebuilt and embedded in the surrounding nature - with the aim of creating a place of peace and relaxation. From June 2025, three lovingly designed holiday apartments await you here. In the future, the Baumannhof will also be used for agricultural purposes: There are plans to grow and refine vegetables to supply the "Deutschorden"'s own facilities in South Tyrol - as well as a small farm shop for locals and guests.
