Camping Passeier
Camping Passeier
The family-run campsite at the entrance of the Passeier Valley, located at 500 meters above sea level, is an ideal starting point for hikers and cyclists, offering countless opportunities directly from the campsite.
The Hirzer cable car, which takes you in just a few minutes up to 2,000 meters into a breathtaking mountain landscape, is only 200 meters away. The cycling path runs directly past the campsite along the river, and the beautiful Maiser Waalweg trail is perfect for walking comfortably to Merano.
The campsite features both an indoor and outdoor pool, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, and a beauty area where you can relax and enjoy soothing massages.
Directly connected to the campsite, you will also find a modern and cozy bistro, restaurant, and pizzeria offering a wide selection of meat and fish specialties, as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes.
In the well-stocked shop, you can find not only regional specialties such as speck, cheese, wine, fresh bread rolls, fruit, and vegetables, but also camping equipment, toys, and South Tyrolean natural cosmetic products.
Guests at Camping Passeier enjoy comfortable sanitary facilities and private rental bathrooms. The spacious pitches and tent areas, up to 120 m², offer water connections and, in some cases, also wastewater connections.
In addition, you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass, which allows you to use public transport free of charge. Buses run every 15 to 30 minutes.
