The CostaLungaHouse, a 75 sqm tourist accommodation was opened at the end of December 2022 and welcomes you with functional weekend, weekly and monthly rates. Open all year round. Living area with large, bright and livable living room with 55' TV, CD-DVD player, radio, table, benches, chairs for up to 8 people and double sofa bed. Double exposure, double furnished and livable balconies with view of the Latemar and Rosengarten. Sleeping area with double bed and two bunk beds, 40' TV and balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with window, washing machine, hairdryer, personal hygiene products. Nespresso pods, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, safe, hoover, Wi-Fi, board games, barbecue and communal garden complete the house. ALL INCLUSIVE: Ski storage, 2 mountain bikes, WiFi, bed linen (blankets, duvets, sheets and pillowcases) and towels (towels, sheets and bathrobes) also provided, bubble bath, shampoo, conditioner and body cream. In the kitchen, everything you need and the essentials for cooking. Cleaning, tourist tax: all services are included in the booking price. Own outdoor barbecue and communal garden available to guests. THE NIGHT AREA comfortably accommodates up to four people, consisting of a double bed and two bunk beds. It is equipped with a memory foam mattress, wooden slats and anatomical memory and feather beds. Bed linen, duvets and additional blankets are available for the chilly in the large built-in wardrobe. TV and CD-DVD player in the room and direct access to the balcony with a view of the Rosengarten. THE LIVING AREA Bright with double exposure, double access to the living room balcony with outdoor furniture and views of Dolomite sunsets and the Rosengarten/Catinaccio pink spectacle and the other balcony with views of the Latemar. Table with benches and chairs for up to eight people, double sofa bed, which comfortably sleeps two, and 55-inch TV. THE BATHROOM Windowed, equipped with a bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, hand soap, body lotion). In the wardrobe, space for soaps and household detergents, brooms and hoover. THE KITCHEN Conveniently separate from the living area, it allows you to cook your favourite dishes with induction hob and full set of Lagostina cookware in use, electric oven and microwave, water boiler and toaster. Fridge with freezer, Bialetti coffee maker and 'Nespresso' espresso machine with some complimentary capsules. Also present are the cooking essentials (oil, salt, sugar, etc.).
